Job summary
Join Bupa as a Roving Quality and Education Manager, based in Kempsey, overseeing Regional NSW locations including Hunter New England, Upper Hunter, Northern NSW and Mid North Coast. You will coach care home teams to achieve high quality resident outcomes and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead governance, drive PCI items, complete monthly Quality Indicator Reports, and deliver hands-on quality support while building capability
Qualifications
- Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care and coaching.
- Experience delivering training to care home staff.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; able to build collaborative relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality focused leadership and coaching.
- Guide documentation to ensure care and services meet outcomes.
- Develop team knowledge on Aged Care Quality Standards and scope of practice.
- Identify learning needs and create competency plans.
- Prepare care homes through preparedness activities and maintain PCI currency.
- Complete monthly Quality Indicator Reports and drive PCI improvements.
