Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking Supervisors to help run on-site work across regional Western Australia. Opportunities exist in earthworks, structures, drainage, concrete, temporary works, and plant facilities. You will lead your crew on site and report to the Superintendent.

Key duties include ensuring safety, guiding the team, validating work against plans, and maintaining site records. You will collaborate with engineers and other trades for project success.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising civil works.
• Background in earthworks, structures, drainage or concrete.
• Experience with plant, equipment or facilities.
• Good with people and teams.
• Ready to work a 2/1 roster.

ACCIONA is planning for a number of upcoming project opportunities across regional Western Australia and is seeking to build capability ahead of anticipated work programs. We are interested in speaking with supervisors who are open to a 2/1 roster and looking to contribute to large-scale civil and infrastructure projects as opportunities progress.
