Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking Supervisors to help run on-site work across regional Western Australia. Opportunities exist in earthworks, structures, drainage, concrete, temporary works, and plant facilities. You will lead your crew on site and report to the Superintendent.

Key duties include ensuring safety, guiding the team, validating work against plans, and maintaining site records. You will collaborate with engineers and other trades for project success.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising civil works.
• Background in earthworks, structures, drainage or concrete.
• Experience with plant, equipment or facilities.
• Good with people and teams.
• Ready to work a 2/1 roster.

Responsibilities

• Keep the crew safe every day.
• Lead and guide your team on site.
• Check work meets the plan and standard.
• Manage plant, equipment and facilities on site.
• Sort out problems fast.
• Keep daily records and reports.
• Talk with engineers and other trades.
