Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking Expressions of Interest for a Superintendent to join upcoming regional WA infrastructure projects. You will report to the Construction Manager, lead day-to-day site operations, direct supervisors and crews, and ensure works are delivered safely, on program and to specification.

Qualifications

• Trade or technical background in civil construction.
• Experience as a Superintendent on major projects.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Sound understanding of safety, quality and program principles.
• Willingness to work a 2/1 roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations and delivery.
• Drive a strong safety, quality and environmental culture.
• Direct and coordinate supervisors, crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress against program and drive productivity.
