Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Principal Information Security Customer Engagement Engineer based in Australia, with Sydney or Melbourne flexibility. You will act as the senior security voice for Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong, guiding customers through security practices and product capabilities.

You will own the regional security narrative, engage with sales and product teams, and drive security questionnaire responses while advancing AI-enabled engagement processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security with customer-facing experience
• Experience with security assurance, GRC or pre-sales in SaaS
• Proficient with security frameworks and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Own the regional information security narrative and escalation point for complex matters
• Lead in-region security engagements with sales, GTM and product teams
• Complete security questionnaires and deliver timely expert support to win and retain business
• Curate local Trust Center content and customer-facing security materials
