Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking a Principal Information Security Customer Engagement Engineer to represent the security voice across Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will own customer security engagements end-to-end, advising on product security practices and building trust with enterprise customers.

You will collaborate with global security and product teams, shaping security capabilities and driving automation to reduce friction in the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on information security knowledge and ability to discuss complex topics with customers.
• Experience engaging with customer security, legal and procurement teams.
• Ability to operate autonomously as the sole regional security engagement resource.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional information security narrative and escalation point for complex matters.
• Lead region-wide security engagements with sales, GTM and product teams.
• Complete security questionnaires and maintain high-quality customer interactions.
• Curate local Trust Center content and customer-facing security materials.
• Influence product roadmaps by feeding security capabilities into the roadmap.
• Drive automation and AI-supported security engagement processes.
• Support broader business engagement and compliance activities as needed.
