Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Business Development Manager - Cyber for Australia (Melbourne or Sydney). You will act as the primary customer-facing contact for enterprise clients across ANZ, partnering with CIOs and CISOs to drive adoption of MDR, EDR and cloud security services.

You will translate technical findings into business updates for senior stakeholders and coordinate incident response communications. The role blends sales leadership with strategic advisory, shaping ANZ cybersecurity growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in cybersecurity and related disciplines.
• Strong credibility with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of MDR/SOC environments, EDR/XDR technologies, threat intel and vulnerability management.
• Experience guiding customers through security incidents with a calm, structured approach.
• Understanding of observability, application monitoring, log management and infrastructure visibility.
• Commercial awareness with ability to identify growth opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Shape ANZ growth in cybersecurity and incident response.Blend sales, incident leadership and strategic advisory.

• 7+ years' experience in cybersecurity, enterprise technology, customer success, technical account management, business development or related disciplines.
• A strong ability to build credibility with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity operations, MDR/SOC environments, EDR/XDR technologies, threat intelligence and vulnerability management.
• Experience supporting customers through security incidents, escalations or crisis situations with a calm and structured approach.
• Understanding of observability, application monitoring, log management and infrastructure visibility platforms.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+ or GCIH will be highly regarded.
