Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking a Principal Information Security Customer Engagement Engineer to represent the team across Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, this hybrid role owns customer security engagements end-to-end and advises on security practices for our products.

You will lead security questionnaires, work with sales and product teams, and drive automation to streamline engagement processes while reducing friction in the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security experience with customer-facing security assurance, GRC, or pre-sales security in software/SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own the information security narrative for the region as the senior escalation point for complex customer security matters.
• Serve as the sole in-region information security customer engagement resource, collaborating with sales, go-to-market and product teams.
• Lead customer security engagement calls and complete security questionnaires to help win and retain business.
• Maintain high-quality standards across all customer interactions to ensure trust and clarity.
• Curate and maintain local Trust Center content and customer-facing security materials.
• Collaborate with Product Management to bring relevant security capabilities into the product roadmap.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement in security engagement activities, including AI-assisted responses.
• Support additional business engagement and compliance activities as needed.
