About the Role

As Regional Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations, people leadership and commercial performance of our multi-site business.

You'll be the go-to person for our location managers, providing guidance, direction and support while ensuring each location operates efficiently, achieves its targets and maintains exceptional standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

Commercial Performance & Revenue Growth

Drive revenue, sales performance and operational efficiency across all locations.

Monitor KPIs including revenue, sales conversions, average sale and customer retention.

Identify underperforming locations and implement clear, measurable improvement strategies.

Coach managers and teams on sales performance, customer experience and revenue opportunities.

Lead regular performance meetings, ensuring accountability, clear targets and follow-through.

Be the key point of contact and leadership support for location managers.

Mentor and develop confident, capable managers who can independently lead their teams.

Facilitate ongoing training, coaching and professional development.

Manage performance reviews, underperformance, difficult conversations and employee concerns.

Navigate different personalities and team dynamics with emotional intelligence.

Build a positive, motivated and accountable team culture.

Operations, Standards & HR

Oversee daily operations, maintaining exceptional standards across all locations.

Conduct regular site visits, operational audits and performance assessments.

Ensure company policies, procedures and service standards are consistently followed.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews and workforce planning.

Oversee staffing requirements, rosters, leave coordination and HR matters.

Identify operational challenges, improve systems and proactively implement solutions.

Significant experience in a Regional Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager or similar multi-site leadership role.

A strong track record of driving sales, improving business performance and achieving commercial targets.

Demonstrated experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams.

Confidence in recruitment, staff development, performance management and HR.

Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust across different personalities and experience levels.

Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, hands-on leadership style with the confidence to make decisions independently.

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret financial reports, sales data and KPIs.

A current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly between locations.

Experience within multi-site service businesses, premium retail, hospitality, wellness or other customer-focused industries will be highly regarded.

Industry experience is valuable, but exceptional leadership, commercial ability and initiative are essential.
