Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for South East Queensland. You will lead day-to-day operations across multiple sites, drive commercial performance and coach location managers to achieve targets while maintaining exceptional client experiences.

The role requires experience in regional leadership, strong HR and recruitment skills, and a hands-on, proactive leadership style. Regular travel and on-site presence across locations are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Regional Manager / multi-site leadership role.
• Proven ability to drive sales, improve business performance and meet commercial targets.
• Experience leading managers, developing high-performing teams and HR processes.
• Strong recruitment, staff development, performance management and coaching skills.
• Excellent emotional intelligence, relationship building and cross-location collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, sales performance and operational efficiency across locations.
• Monitor KPIs: revenue, conversions, average sale, customer retention.
• Identify underperforming sites and implement improvement plans.
• Coach location managers and teams on sales, customer experience and revenue opportunities.
• Lead performance meetings with clear targets and accountability.
• Oversee HR matters including recruitment, onboarding, probation, and workforce planning.
• Travel between locations to oversee operations and maintain standards.
