The Role

• Manage a portfolio of retail businesses, working with operators to improve sales, profitability, customer experience and operational performance.
• Build strong relationships with business owners and managers, earning their trust and influencing positive outcomes.
• Use sales, financial and operational information to identify opportunities, understand performance and develop practical actions.
• Spend significant time in the field, visiting sites and understanding what is happening on the ground.
• Work through operational challenges and competing priorities, finding practical solutions that deliver results.
• Support new site openings, acquisitions, transitions and other growth initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams to implement initiatives that improve business and network performance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help turn ideas into action.
• Manage your own portfolio and priorities with genuine autonomy, while working within broader organisational strategy.
