Job summary

Abano Healthcare Group is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of dental practices across the region, including Victoria, Tasmania and ACT. You will drive operational, commercial and clinical outcomes while mentoring leaders and partners across Practice Managers and clinical teams.

You will work with Recruitment, People & Culture, Marketing, Finance and Clinical teams to ensure practices are supported and aligned with business objectives, delivering patient-centric care and

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site operations, ideally in healthcare, dental, radiology, retail, hospitality or customer-focused environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a portfolio of dental practices across Victoria, Tasmania and ACT to achieve operational, commercial and clinical success.
• Partner with Practice Managers and clinical teams to build high-performing, engaged and customer-focused practices.
• Coach, mentor and develop leaders to drive team capability, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, People & Culture, Marketing, Finance and Clinical teams to ensure practices are well-supported and aligned with business objectives.
• Drive workforce planning, practice performance and delivery of regional and national initiatives.
• Foster a positive culture that reflects Abano Healthcare's values and commitment to patient care.
