Job summary

Abano Healthcare invites an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of dental practices across Victoria, Tasmania and ACT. You will partner with Practice Managers and clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient care while driving operational and financial performance.

You will coach leaders, optimise patient experience, and align regional initiatives with corporate strategy, supported by modern systems and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site operations, preferably in healthcare/dental or customer-focused settings.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to interpret performance metrics and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a portfolio of dental practices across Victoria, Tasmania and ACT to achieve operational, commercial and clinical success.
• Partner with Practice Managers and clinical teams to build high-performing, engaged, and patient-focused practices.
• Coach, mentor and develop leaders to drive team capability, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve patient experience, operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, People & Culture, Marketing, Finance and Clinical teams to ensure practices are well-supported.
• Drive workforce planning, practice performance and delivery of regional initiatives.
• Foster a positive culture reflecting Abano Healthcare's values and commitment to patient care.
