Job summary

Abano Healthcare Group is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of dental practices across the region, including Victoria, Tasmania and ACT. You will drive operational, commercial and clinical outcomes while mentoring leaders and partners across Practice Managers and clinical teams.

You will work with Recruitment, People & Culture, Marketing, Finance and Clinical teams to ensure practices are supported and aligned with business objectives, delivering patient-centric care and

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site operations, ideally in healthcare, dental, radiology, retail, hospitality or customer-focused environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organisation.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Highly organised with the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and operational excellence.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for developing people and improving performance.
