Yo-Chi is expanding across Victoria and creating a Senior Area Manager role to lead a portfolio of 5–6 venues. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will influence performance, coach Venue Leaders, manage labour and costs, and protect brand standards while fueling growth.

You’ll balance hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, driving guest experience and operational excellence across the region.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in an Area Manager, Operations Manager or equivalent within hospitality or QSR.
• Experience directly managing and influencing Senior leaders and Venue Managers.
• Strong commercial capability across sales, labour, COGS, profitability and cost control.
• People-first leader who drives results through influence.
• Exceptional coaching and development skills with a track record of high-performing teams.
• Ability to balance people leadership, operational execution and commercial outcomes.
• Leads with clear expectations, high standards and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational leadership across your region, influencing performance and standards across multiple venues.
• Lead and develop a portfolio of 5–6 venues through coaching and mentoring Venue Leaders.
• Drive results in sales, labour, COGS, profitability and guest experience.
• Embed best practices and ensure sustainable regional performance.
• Foster a high-performing culture with accountability and engagement.
• Maintain hands-on visibility and connection to people and opportunities.
• Oversee audits, compliance, stock control, labour management and reporting.
