Job summary

Yo-Chi is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead 3–5 venues across the Brisbane region during an exciting growth phase. You will work closely with Venue Leaders to elevate performance, build capability, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

This role focuses on coaching, developing leaders, and delivering strong results across operations, customer experience, and financial performance while expanding Yo-Chi’s presence in QLD.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a multi-site Area Management leadership role within QSR or hospitality.
• A people-first leader who coaches and inspires experienced teams.
• Strong operational understanding across labour, cost control, service standards and venue performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a growing group of venues through coaching and development of Venue Leaders.
• Support new venue openings and set teams up for long-term success.
• Drive results across people, customer experience, operations, labour, engagement and financial performance.

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Area Manager to lead 3–5 venues across the Brisbane region as Yo-Chi continues its exciting growth journey. This is a unique opportunity to join the brand during a major growth phase and play a key role in shaping the future of Yo-Chi in QLD.

As Area Manager, you’ll work closely with Venue Leaders to elevate performance, strengthen capability, and build a culture of accountability, care, and excellence. This is a role where you’ll lead through influence, coaching, developing, and inspiring leaders to consistently deliver at a high level while contributing to the continued growth of the brand.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a growing group of venues through strong coaching and development of Venue Leaders.

• Lift standards, consistency, and capability across all venues in your region.
• Train, coach, and provide meaningful real time feedback that drives growth and performance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and take proactive action to strengthen results.
• Partner with marketing and support teams to build strong community connections and local brand impact.
