Job summary

MAARS is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead operations across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, India, Singapore and Malaysia. You will oversee day-to-day performance, coordinate teams across markets and drive improvements in delivery and processes.

Reporting to the Global Operations Director, you will manage regional projects, support client retention and new business opportunities, and partner with international leaders to shape regional operations strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven operations management experience in media, ad tech, or campaign delivery.
• Strong leadership and commercial judgement.
• Experience coordinating across markets and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational performance across Australia, NZ, Japan, India, Singapore and Malaysia.
• Drive regional projects and digital activation expansion.
• Improve service delivery, workflows and performance metrics.
• Resolve complex delivery issues and financial escalations.
• Collaborate with sales and international stakeholders to support client retention and growth.
