Job summary

JSMC Holdings in Perth (Bibra Lake) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across Australia, including Perth-based and remote teams, to drive performance and streamline processes.

This hands-on, office-based role involves implementing systems, developing staff capability, managing resources and budgets, and building a positive, accountable culture. You will monitor costs, engage with customers and suppliers, and occasionally travel interstate to connect with remote teams.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience and people management skills.
• Experience leading in SME or growth environments is advantageous.
• Strong organisation, communication and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and drive performance across Perth-based and remote teams.
• Develop and implement systems, processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Manage staff performance, recruitment, onboarding and development.
