Job summary

Woolworths Group in South Australia is seeking a Network Logistics Manager to oversee Woolworths Online deliveries across SA, NT and WA from our Gepps Cross hub. • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building trust and driving 3PL accountability.
• Proficiency in Excel, routing systems, PowerPoint, GoogleSuite, and interpreting operational data for actionable insights.

• Excellent organisational and time management capabilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel for field visits and participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day Woolworths Online delivery operations across SA, NT and WA, reviewing and improving key metrics alongside store and operational teams.
• Manage and support 3PL carriers to ensure contract compliance, safety standards, Woolworths policy adherence, and a best-in-class customer experience.
• Support delivery and customer initiatives across fleet stores and growing Network of eCom fulfillment centres.
• Work with state operational and transport teams to manage store capacity, volume, and future network planning.
• Support the national eComX strategy across operations to maintain consistent messaging for key deliverables, efficiency, smart growth, and safety.
• Optimise network performance by adjusting delivery windows and geographic store mapping to fix issues with on-time delivery, drop costs, and capacity shifts.
• Travel for regular store and site visits to analyse operational data, drive store and driver process improvements, and manage 3PL carrier performance.
