Job summary

Woolworths Group at Gepps Cross, SA, is seeking a Network Logistics Manager to lead Woolworths Online deliveries across SA, NT and WA. You will partner with store leadership, operations, IT, logistics, and 3PL providers to deliver exceptional service.

In this hybrid role, you will optimise delivery windows, co-ordinate carrier performance, and help shape network planning while travelling to stores and sites as required.

Qualifications

• Retail, logistics or supply chain experience in FMCG or e-commerce.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with 3PL accountability.
• Ability to analyse operational data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day Woolworths Online delivery operations across SA, NT and WA.
• Manage and support 3PL carriers to ensure contract compliance, safety standards, and customer experience.
• Support delivery and customer initiatives across fleet stores and growing Network of eCom fulfillment centres.
• Work with state operational and transport teams to manage store capacity, volume, and future network planning.
• Support the national eComX strategy across operations to maintain consistent messaging and efficiency.
• Optimize network performance by adjusting delivery windows and geographic store mapping.
• Travel for regular store and site visits to analyse operational data and drive improvements.
