Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a senior leader to shape end-to-end infrastructure and supply chain network solutions within our Primary Connect division, with large-scale warehouse investments along the Eastern Seaboard. The Norwest-based role offers flexibility up to two days per week.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, develop robust business cases, and advance optimisation across automated and manual DC networks to enable sustainable commercial growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive proven success in supply chain, logistics or network infrastructure leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with ability to influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of network strategies and solutions across DC design, automation, property and transport.
• Create high-quality business cases and board submissions with budget scopes and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable commercial growth via supply chain capabilities.
• Drive process improvement and innovation to boost distribution centre productivity and network efficiency.
