Descrição da oferta de emprego

Regional Manager

Lead leaders. Build strong teams. Drive results across a region.

At Fantastic Furniture, we help Australians create homes they love. We're looking for an experienced Regional Manager who can turn business strategy into practical action, develop confident store leaders and deliver consistent results across multiple locations. Reporting to the Chief Retail Officer, you'll lead Retail Business Leaders and/or Cluster Managers across metropolitan and regional stores. You'll combine commercial focus with a hands-on approach to coaching, helping each store build a strong team and deliver a great customer experience.

About The Role

You’ll take ownership of your region’s performance, spending time in stores to understand what’s working, address challenges and support your leaders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strong leaders: Coach and mentor store leaders, support performance and build succession plans that develop future talent.
  • Driving commercial results: Deliver sales and profit targets, manage controllable costs and help stores put effective business plans into action.
  • Putting customers first: Build a consistent customer experience, support teams to deliver on customer promises and resolve escalated concerns.
  • Lifting operational standards: Maintain strong merchandising, stock integrity and compliance across the region.
  • Leading safety: Embed safe working practices, ensure training is completed and support teams to identify and address risks.
  • Making improvements happen: Identify opportunities, lead change and work with support office and supply chain teams to improve store performance.
  • Connecting with communities: Support local and company-wide community initiatives.
About you

You're an experienced multi-site retail leader who knows how to deliver results through people. You can challenge performance constructively, build trust with your teams and give leaders clear, practical direction.

You'll bring
  • At least five years' experience in a comparable multi-site retail leadership role.
  • A proven record of leading high-performing teams across geographically dispersed locations.
  • Strong commercial judgement, including experience achieving sales and profit targets and managing costs.
  • The ability to translate strategy into clear store plans and follow through on delivery.
  • Strong coaching, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • A practical approach to problem-solving and confidence leading change.
  • Flexibility and the ability to travel regularly across your region.
Why join Fantastic Furniture?

This is an opportunity to influence performance across a store network and work directly with the Chief Retail Officer. You’ll develop leaders, strengthen teams and make a meaningful contribution to the growth of our people and business.
