Job summary

Fantastic Furniture seeks a Regional Manager to lead a network of stores, develop confident leaders and drive regional results. You will spend time in stores, coaching teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and strong commercial outcomes.

The role requires five+ years in multi-site retail leadership, a track record of building high-performing teams, and the ability to travel regularly across the region.

Qualifications

• Five+ years' experience in a comparable multi-site retail leadership role.
• Proven record of leading high-performing teams across geographically dispersed locations.
• Strong commercial judgement, including experience achieving sales and profit targets and managing costs.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear store plans and follow through on delivery.
• Strong coaching, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Practical approach to problem-solving and confidence leading change.
• Flexibility and the ability to travel regularly across your region.

Responsibilities

• Developing strong leaders: Coach and mentor store leaders; build succession plans that develop future talent.
• Driving commercial results: Deliver sales and profit targets; manage controllable costs; implement business plans.
• Putting customers first: Build a consistent customer experience and resolve escalated concerns.
• Lifting operational standards: Maintain merchandising, stock integrity and compliance.
• Leading safety: Embed safe working practices and ensure training is completed.
• Making improvements happen: Identify opportunities, lead change and collaborate with support office and supply chain.
• Connecting with communities: Support local and company-wide community initiatives.
