Fantastic Furniture is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead leaders, coach store teams and drive regional performance across metropolitan and regional locations. You will spend time in stores, translate strategy into action, develop high-performing leaders, manage costs, boost customer experience and ensure safe, compliant operations while travelling regularly across your region.

Reporting to the Chief Retail Officer, you'll build confident store leaders, deliver consistent results

Qualifikationen

• At least five years' experience in a comparable multi-site retail leadership role.
• Proven record of leading high-performing teams across geographically dispersed locations.
• Strong commercial judgement, including experience achieving sales and profit targets and managing costs.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear store plans and follow through on delivery.
• Flexible and willing to travel across the region.
