Job summary

Stryker in Australia is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the Upper Extremities business across South Australia and Western Australia. You will manage a team of six sales and clinical professionals, drive growth, and strengthen relationships with orthopaedic surgeons.

Based in a hybrid role, you will shape regional strategy, accelerate adoption of new technology and deliver revenue targets while building a high‑performance culture across both states. Travel about 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven success in medical device, orthopaedic or healthcare sales.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with track record of achieving sales growth and targets.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel regularly across SA & WA with a valid Australian driver's licence.
