Job summary

Stryker’s Sage division is expanding in Australia, and the NSW region requires a Regional Manager to lead sales, clinical support and business development across hospital, aged care, and community settings.

You will set performance expectations, drive a regional commercial plan, and coach a cross-functional team to maximise opportunities while managing established accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the NSW Sage team across Territory Management, Business Development and clinical support.
• Develop and execute the NSW commercial strategy, balancing new business with growth of existing customers.
• Identify and prioritise new markets, customers and opportunities across hospital, aged care and community settings.
• Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline focusing on priority commercial opportunities.
• Develop and maintain commercial relationships with key customers, distributors and procurement groups.
• Partner with Marketing to translate feedback into regional commercial plans.
