Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to own a leading heavy vehicle and transport solutions operation, driving growth across sales, workshop performance, parts, and profitability in Brisbane (with Sydney as an additional opportunity).

You will have full P&L accountability, balance business development with hands-on operational leadership, oversee customer relationships, ensure safety and compliance, and coach a high-performing team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience leading a branch, region or business unit within heavy vehicles, transport equipment, manufacturing or automotive OEM.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage customer relationships.
• Direct P&L responsibility and strong financial management capability.
• Experience leading workshop and operational teams and delivering profitability.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the strategic and operational performance of your state operation.
• Oversee New and used equipment sales, workshop service, repairs and maintenance, and spare parts sales and inventory management.
• Ensure safety, compliance and facility management and lead a high-performing team.
