Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to own a leading heavy vehicle and transport services operation in Sydney/Brisbane. You will drive sales growth, workshop performance, parts operations and customer relationships, with full P&L accountability.

You will lead a hands-on team, balance commercial and operational priorities, and report to senior leadership while delivering sustained profitability and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience leading a branch, region or business unit within heavy vehicles, transport equipment, manufacturing, automotive OEM or servicing operations.
• Demonstrated success managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Strong commercial and financial management capability and direct P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic and operational performance of your state operation with full P&L accountability.
• Oversee new and used equipment sales, workshop services, repairs and maintenance, and parts inventory.
• Drive profitability, branch EBIT targets and customer outcomes across service delivery and after-sales.
• Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams to sustain growth and operational excellence.
