Job summary

Multicap in Brisbane is seeking a Regional Manager - Critical Supports to lead the delivery of disability services, drive development of opportunities in the Critical Supports Team, and ensure outcomes that truly improve lives.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage Service Managers, oversee budgeting and financial performance, uphold quality standards, and strengthen community partnerships to grow services while aligning with the organisation’s purpose.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability and health sectors.
• Ability to lead and mentor a diverse team.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and community relations.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead disability services in the Critical Supports Team, ensuring alignment with NDIS standards and outcome-focused care.
• Manage and inspire a team of Service Managers.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance and resource allocation.
• Uphold quality standards and fidelity to the organisation’s core purpose.
• Develop and strengthen relationships within the disability community to grow services.
