Selectability in Queensland seeks a Regional Coordinator to lead and oversee services across clinical and community settings. You will drive service excellence, support workforce capability and partner with local teams and stakeholders to deliver outcomes that positively change lives every day.

The role requires strong leadership, relationship-building and reporting skills, with responsibilities spanning program delivery, compliance and community education.

Formación

• Experience leading teams, programs and services in mental health, disability, child safety or community services (desirable)
• Experience in the mental health industry (desirable)
• In-depth knowledge of NDIS guidelines and processes (desirable)
• Strong computer skills with ability to complete required reporting
• Experience working in a team environment

Responsabilidades

• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across clinical, community and health services
• Recruit a local workforce; train, mentor, coach and support local staff
• Generate referrals for NDIS and clinical mental wellbeing services
• Lead recipient intake and development of individual service agreements
• Oversee delivery of programs and services and report as needed
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards
• Represent selectability at local/regional meetings and events
• Improve access to support services and mental health outcomes for diverse communities
• Conduct community engagement and facilitate group activities
• Document daily activity statistics and reporting per organisational requirements
• Collaborate with other selectability services to support recipients
