Job summary
Queensland Corrective Services is seeking a Manager Regional Services in the Central Region to lead business support services and oversee HR, financial and logistical functions across Community Corrections & Specialist Operations in Wide Bay. - Demonstrated communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills for liaising with management and staff at all levels.
- Experience in HR/WHS strategies and solutions relating to performance management and workforce planning.
- Strong analytical skills for reporting, policy planning and trend analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead business support services ensuring effective delivery of HR, financial and logistical services to meet regional performance objectives.
- Active leadership of strategies and systems for continuous improvement of regional capacity and capability.
- Manage change and deliver the full spectrum of HR/WHS generalist and organizational development support.
