The role focuses on financial performance, customer acquisition, retention, portfolio management, and people leadership to deliver a superior, relationship-led banking experience.

You will own the team's performance, collaborate with senior leaders, and shape strategy across the market.

• Develop bankers' commercial and industry knowledge to improve customer conversations.
• Coach teams to identify broader customer needs and deliver whole-of-wallet banking solutions.
• Champion a customer-first culture and continually improve customer and banker experience.
• Support and lead business transformation and change initiatives.
• Maintain disciplined risk, performance and execution across the business.
