Job summary

Bendigo Bank in New South Wales is seeking a Regional Manager to drive overall performance of your region, focusing on growing your retail team and Bendigo Bank’s presence.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in the Central Coast region, covering branches from Wyong to Ettalong Beach, with travel across regional NSW. You’ll coach branch leaders, shape local strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• People leadership with the ability to develop, coach and manage performance.
• Strong communication skills to deliver clear expectations across the region.
• Proven sales leadership through implementing strategy to drive business.
• Effective and influential presentation and public speaking skills.
• Experience in building a strategic plan for the market.
• Strong relationship management with ability to network and engage with communities and partners.
• Understanding of financial management, business acumen and risk framework.
• Experience in retail banking (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Coaching and developing leadership competencies in the branch leaders across your region.
• Guiding our branch leaders to shape and enhance their strategies for optimising profitability, community connection and delivering an exceptional customer experience in alignment with the state strategic plan.
• Overseeing performance and understanding the individual needs of your branches, which are made up of various sizes, maturity, structures and communities.
