About the Role

We're currently looking for a Regional Manager to join our retail leadership team in Sydney, NSW. Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will lead a team of four Area Managers to sales success.

In this hands‑on position, you will rely on your exceptional coaching skills to build a collaborative and high performing sales culture. You will establish a competent and capable retail team and expertly guide them through daily operations.

Key responsibilities:

Provide leadership and practical support to four Area Managers and their 26 stores across Greater Sydney, ACT and Newcastle.

Drive increased profitability and performance in the region, ensuring the achievement of regional and store level KPIs.

Influence and coach the team to ensure the consistent execution of customer experiences, operational processes, and visual merchandising standards.

Utilise financial reporting and KPI results to identify improvement opportunities, implement strategies to address underperformance, and optimise costs, wages and inventory control.

Act as a key link between retail stores, Head Office teams, and the local community of potential customers.

Directly oversee our Surf Dive n Ski Manly Corso store.

What You Bring:

You’re an experienced multi‑site leader in a large‑scale fashion retail business. To be successful, you will have:

Prior experience in a Regional Manager, Area Manager or similar role.

Experience in the fashion retail industry.

Proven ability to influence retail sales and results.

Demonstrated ability to achieve a balance between hands‑on operational tasks and higher‑level strategic leadership.

Strong people management and coaching skills.

Solid retail business understanding and operational knowledge.
