Boardriders is seeking a 2IC for our Volcom Outlet in Tweed Heads. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach the team and foster a customer-first culture.

You will lead by example, achieve budgets, manage inventory, and execute VM and promotions aligned with brand directives. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role in a fast-paced surf lifestyle retail environment.

We have exciting opportunities to join the management team as the new 2IC at our Volcom Outlet in Tweed Heads!

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a part of the 2IC role, you will be responsible partnering with the Store Manager in driving sales and building a team first culture and drive results for your store. In your role you will help:

Create a sales-driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support

Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on the customer journey

Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products

Execute VM and promotional activity in line with business directives

Provide stock feedback and manage the store’s inventory
