Job summary

Boardriders is seeking a capable 2IC for Billabong Outlet in Homebush to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales and developing a high performing team. You will coach daily, focus on the customer journey, and analyse sales data to identify improvement opportunities.

Lead by example, push for budgeted sales, and contribute to a positive surf lifestyle culture. This role sits within a nationwide multi-brand network offering growth and incentives.

We have exciting opportunities to join the management team as the new 2IC at Billabong Outlet in Homebush!

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a part of the 2IC role, you will be responsible partnering with the Store Manager in driving sales and building a team first culture and drive results for your store. In your role you will help:

Create a sales-driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support

Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on the customer journey

Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products

Execute VM and promotional activity in line with business directives

Provide stock feedback and manage the store’s inventory
