Job summary

Boardriders is seeking a Regional Manager to join our retail leadership team in Sydney, NSW. Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will lead a team of four Area Managers to sales success and coach a high-performing regional team across Greater Sydney, ACT and Newcastle.

In this hands‑on role you will balance frontline store operations with strategic leadership, oversee our Surf Dive n Ski Manly Corso store, influence customer experiences, KPI outcomes and cost control, and partner with Head

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a large-scale fashion retail business.
• Proven ability to influence retail sales and results.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on operations with strategic leadership.
• Experience overseeing multiple stores and store teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to four Area Managers and 26 stores across Greater Sydney, ACT and Newcastle.
• Drive profitability and regional KPIs.
• Coach teams to ensure consistent customer experiences and visual standards.
• Utilise KPI data to identify improvements and optimise costs and inventory.
• Act as liaison between stores, Head Office and local community.
• Oversee Surf Dive n Ski Manly Corso store.
