Job summary

Stabilcorp Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Stabilising Supervisor to lead day-to-day pavement stabilisation and rehabilitation works across NSW and Queensland. You will supervise crews, manage plant and subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The role requires strong leadership, site-plant knowledge and the ability to plan ahead, read plans and coordinate with project managers and clients on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising pavement stabilisation or road rehabilitation works.
• Strong leadership and communication on a production site.
• Knowledge of WHS requirements and site safety.
• Current Driver's Licence and Construction White Card.
• Ability to read plans and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervising stabilising crews, plant and subcontractors.
• Planning daily works and coordinating labour, plant and materials.
• Managing production and ensuring daily targets are achieved.
• Coordinating stabilisers, graders, spreaders, rollers, water carts and associated equipment.
• Ensuring binder application rates, mixing depths and construction requirements are achieved.
• Reading plans, specifications and project documentation.
• Completing daily records, quantities and site documentation.
• Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Stabilcorp Operations.
• Communicating with clients and site representatives.
• Managing site safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Identifying issues early and working with the team to keep projects moving.
• Maintaining a high standard of presentation, workmanship and professionalism on site.

Stabilcorp Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Stabilising Supervisors to join our growing operations across NSW and Queensland.

Positions are available across our operating regions based from:

Stabilcorp is a specialist pavement stabilisation and road rehabilitation contractor delivering projects for local councils, government agencies and major civil contractors across NSW and Queensland.

We are looking for experienced supervisors who can take ownership of a stabilising crew, lead from the front and deliver works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role

As a Stabilising Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of pavement stabilisation and rehabilitation works.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising stabilising crews, plant and subcontractors
• Planning daily works and coordinating labour, plant and materials
• Managing production and ensuring daily targets are achieved
• Coordinating stabilisers, graders, spreaders, rollers, water carts and associated equipment

About You

• Previous experience supervising pavement stabilisation, road rehabilitation or similar civil construction works
• Strong knowledge of stabilising operations and associated plant
• Experience managing crews in a production-focused environment
• A practical understanding of pavement construction, trimming and compaction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• The ability to plan ahead and solve problems on site
• Good understanding of WHS requirements
• Current driver's licence
• Construction White Card

Experience with TfNSW, TMR or local government road projects will be highly regarded.

These roles will involve travel and working away from home as required. Applicants can be based around Wauchope, Orange or Coomera, with project work undertaken throughout the surrounding regions and further afield when required.
