Job summary

Lifeblood in NSW is seeking a Learning Lead to steer a regional learning team, building clinical capability, confidence and readiness of our Donor Experience workforce.

You’ll shape a regional capability strategy, translate workforce needs into practical learning plans, lead onboarding, coaching and competency development, and partner with operational leaders to drive continuous improvement for safe, high-quality donor experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading learning teams with coaching and performance management.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across multiple locations or regions.
• Capability strategy development in response to operational/workforce needs.
• Strong understanding of workplace learning and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional learning team and build capability for Donor Experience.
• Develop and implement a regional clinical capability strategy and learning plans.
• Oversee onboarding, coaching and competency development across regions.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify capability priorities and drive improvements.
• Use learning data and insights to continuously improve capability across centres.
