Job summary

Australian Red Cross Lifeblood in Brisbane is seeking a Learning Lead to shape the Future of Learning across the Donor Experience workforce. You’ll lead a regional learning team, set direction, build capability and drive outcomes that deliver safe, high-quality donor experiences.

You’ll partner with operational leaders, develop a regional capability strategy, and translate workforce needs into practical learning plans.

Qualifications

• Experience leading learning teams with coaching and performance management.
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams across locations/regions.
• Proven capability strategy development to respond to operational needs.
• Strong understanding of workplace and adult learning principles.
