Australian Red Cross Lifeblood in NSW is seeking a Learning Lead to lead a regional learning team that builds clinical capability, confidence and readiness across the Donor Experience workforce. You’ll set direction for your region, develop people, shape how learning is delivered and drive capability outcomes for donor centres and operational teams.

This hands-on leadership role requires change management, use of learning data and collaboration with operational leaders to close capability gaps.

Formación

• Experienced people leader with ability to develop others and drive performance.
• Experience leading learning teams with coaching and development.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across locations.
• Ability to develop and deliver a capability strategy aligned to operational needs.
• Strong understanding of workplace learning and adult learning principles.
