Job summary

Uniting AgeWell in Swan Hill is seeking a strong leader to guide a multidisciplinary team across Home Care and Respite services. This leadership role offers autonomy to shape services in a regional setting, driving improvements and stakeholder engagement while focusing on quality and customer outcomes.

You will lead change management, workforce planning and budget oversight to deliver sustainable outcomes for older Australians in a close-knit community.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading teams and managing operations in a service-based environment.
  • Proven ability to build workplace culture and drive service delivery improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team across Home Care and Respite services.
  • Create a positive, high-performing culture focused on collaboration, accountability and service excellence.
  • Oversee operational performance, workforce planning and resource management to deliver sustainable outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, families, community partners and key stakeholders.
  • Drive service improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and team effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets, performance targets and service growth opportunities across the region.
  • Lead teams through change while maintaining a focus on quality, safety and customer outcomes.
