Job summary

Uniting AgeWell in Swan Hill is seeking a capable Program Manager to lead Home Care and Respite services across a regional footprint. You will shape a high-performing team, foster collaboration, and ensure service delivery excellence for older Australians in the Swan Hill community.

The role emphasizes leadership capability first, with responsibilities spanning people management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous service improvement.

• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team across Home Care and Respite services.
• Create a positive, high-performing culture focused on collaboration, accountability and service excellence.
• Oversee operational performance, workforce planning and resource management to deliver sustainable outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with customers, families, community partners and key stakeholders.
• Drive service improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and team effectiveness.
• Manage budgets, performance targets and service growth opportunities across the region.
• Lead teams through change while maintaining a focus on quality, safety and customer outcomes.
