Job summary

Protech in Sydney is seeking an experienced operations and sales leader to drive regional growth across civil, construction, industrial, manufacturing and warehousing sectors. This high‑impact role offers autonomy, strong stakeholder engagement and a clear path to influence branch performance.

You will set targets, lead a team of salespeople and account managers, manage a sales pipeline, monitor budgets and forecasting, and ensure safety, compliance and quality standards while strengthening

Qualifications

5+ years in operations and sales, blue collar labour hire or similar.
Experience leading teams of salespeople and account managers.
Proven ability to drive growth across civil, industrial, manufacturing and construction sectors.

Responsibilities

Set targets, goals and branch performance expectations.
Lead sales, new business development and client engagement.
Support key client relationships and oversee customer satisfaction.
Identify key areas of business and operational improvement, driving required change
Monitor business metrics, budgets and forecasting.
Manage team performance and operational workflows.
Ensure safety, compliance and quality standards.
Establish a strong industry network and increase branch visibility at industry events.
