You will build trusted client relationships, pursue new markets, and contribute to region-wide growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial or sales leader with regional responsibility.
• Experience in construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, mining or industrial markets.
• Track record of achieving revenue, margin and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver regional sales budgets, revenue, margin and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute annual regional business and sales plans.
• Identify and pursue new markets, projects and opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline across specialist engineered construction products.
• Lead new business through prospecting, networking and client development.
• Develop trusted relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Provide technical product and application advice and solutions.
• Forecast revenue, margin and pipeline performance.
