Qualifications

• Trade-qualified technician with Certificate III.
• Experience in servicing industrial equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Installation, servicing and maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Preventative and breakdown maintenance.
• Providing technical support and on-site customer service.
• Building relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Completing service reports and documentation.
• Working independently across multiple sites.
• Representing the company professionally on site.
