ISS Facilities Services seeks an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to lead hard and soft FM services across a regional portfolio with a mobile base. You will manage teams, stakeholders, and budgets while maintaining high service standards.

Candidates based in Manchester, Cumbria, or the Newcastle corridor with regular travel across sites, including Penrith, should apply. A Full UK driving licence is essential; the role is permanent with a 40-hour week.

Formación

• Ideally an experienced Regional Facilities Manager.
• Strong FM Managers considered for first regional role.
• Experience managing both hard and soft FM services preferred.
• Confident reviewing statutory compliance reports.
• Comfortable with technical/compliance matters in a highly technical env.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with budgets and service delivery.
• Knowledge of recruitment, vetting, absence management and people processes.
• Excellent organisational, reporting and administrative skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of integrated hard and soft FM services, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Oversee maintenance activities across buildings, systems and assets.
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships as a trusted service partner.
• Provide leadership to regional teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure health and safety, compliance and safe systems of work.
• Manage contract budgets, costs and service performance measures.
• Recruitment, training, development, and performance management of teams.
• Support contract mobilisations with workforce transfers and policy compliance.
