Job summary

Quad Services is seeking a field-based Part Time Area Manager to oversee a multi-site cleaning portfolio across Regional NSW. You will travel extensively, lead frontline teams, manage service delivery, and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site operations or facilities services.
• Willingness to undertake extensive daily travel across Regional NSW.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Working With Children Check and National Criminal History Check (recent).

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as the main contact for service delivery and issue resolution.
• Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple sites, including quality checks and audits.
• Lead, coach, and roster frontline teams to maintain service standards and performance.
• Monitor labour, supplier requirements, invoicing and operational costs.
