Job summary

Sodexo Ltd is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of facilities services across a portfolio of corporate sites from our Cambridge office. You will also provide management oversight across our wider portfolio in London, Ipswich and Edinburgh, with remote management and occasional travel.

The role focuses on building client relationships, leading operational excellence, and ensuring high standards of health, safety and compliance while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or similar operational leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance.
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers and service contracts.
• Sound financial and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of facilities services across multiple corporate sites.
• Ensure health and safety legislation, policies and statutory requirements are met.
• Oversee contractor performance to SLAs and KPIs.
• Build relationships with clients, landlords and suppliers.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and costs; identify efficiencies.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Maintain compliance records and documentation.
