Fraser Coast Regional Council invites an experienced leader to shape community outcomes across social planning, partnerships and services in the Fraser Coast.

Reporting to the Director Strategy, Community and Development, the Executive Manager will mentor managers, develop policies, and translate strategy into practical programs; a four-year contract with a competitive package including base salary of $189,172 plus super and vehicle options.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience may come from local government, social planning, human services or a comparable community portfolio.
• The role suits a leader who enjoys developing people, shaping policy and translating strategy into practical outcomes.
